      Hi,

      I think There should be option to change or ad new employee ratings as per requirement. Companies have different rating scales and different terms are used in different organisations. viz; POOR, OUTSTANDING, ACCEPTABLE.
      Like designation and other fields this field should also be editable or at least have enough option to select suitable words by different organisations. I want to add POOR in my data. But i can't.

      Hi,

      Thank you for the suggestion. We will consider this in the upcoming release.

      A new tab will appear under Employee Settings where you can add or edit the items in this list.

      Lenvica HRMS 3.4 Beta is scheduled on April 2, 2012.
