Hi,

Lenvica HRMS Enteprise server has been serving us for almost two years now. We are dependent on it for attendance tracking, overtime tracking, payroll processing, income tax etc. It helped us automate our manual HR processes to a great extent. A recent challenge that came acroos was handling various employee documents like their certificate copies, Identification document copies etc. Physically storing it has become a confusing process for us as we employ around 1000 staffs. Is there any provision in Lenvica HRMS time attendance software to manage employee documents.

Yes, there is provision to store employee documents in Lenvica HRMS. It saves you from storing and maintaining files with hard copies of documents collected from employees.

The option is under ‘Documents’ in module ‘Employee’. You can double click on any employee for who you would want to store documents. In the documents screen, you can add the documents. Our company is using Lenvica HRMS for almost 1 year now. Our HR team used to upload documents of new joined employees directly in attendhrm time attendance software. Is there a provision for employees to upload and preview their documents to Lenvica HRMS?

Yes employees can upload and view their certificates and documents through Lenvica HRMS Employee Self Service to pass to the HR team. From ESS dashboard, they need to go to ‘My Documents’ > ‘Upload Document’ for uploading their documents. Lenvica HRMS ESS supports word, excel, pdf, photos and so on.
