      Hi,

      I tried to upload and download template from the same device. some employees are registered with only id on the device no name is registered.

      Hi kumar anish,
                                    Make sure that you have entered the badge number on the employee field for the employees. Then only those employees name will be shown on the download template. After that the download and upload template will work.
