      Hi

      I just wanted to know how to clear the admin from the device. I entered a password for the admin and now I forgot the password because of that I am no longer able to login to the device. Can you provide a solution to this problem.

      Open the ZK tool. Type in the ip address and port no of the device and press connect. When it is connected press clear admin as shown in the image. This will clear the admin from the device and you will be able to login to the device.
