Automatically delete registration of employees in devices when they resign?

Hi,

Our headcount is considerably huge, and we have almost 40 bio-metric readers to track the attendance at different entry and exit points in our factory. Does this software delete the bio-metric registration of employees from the device and thereby disable them from logging in again as their date of leaving is entered into the system? Due to high attrition rate, it’s practically impossible with us to do this manually.

Hello,

Yes, this feature is available in Lenvica HRMS software. The software can be configured to run a routine that checks for employees with DOL field entries. It will then connect with bio-metric machines to delete the registration of those employees.
