The aforementioned feature is already available in the latest versions of the Lenvica HRMS software. The option can be found in module ‘Devices’ as ‘Import Employees from Devices’. You can specify the IP address of the machine and the software will connect with the device to list all the available employees in it. All employees in the device will be selected by default to be imported into the software but you also have the option to select specific employees and initiate the import. The selected employees will be added to the software with the data you have given in the biometric terminal like the name, employee number, etc. You can edit the employee details later, either individually or using excel if you wish to.
