i have attendhrm  lite 3.6.40  ,  i have installed it on my  server (standalone server 2008),  how can  another user access it over the  local network

Lenvica HRMS Lite/Professional versions are single PC installations. Hence you can only access the same from the installed PC.

In order to obtain your requirement you have to go for Lenvica HRMS enterprise version which has a server/client installation structure. Refer attachment to understand more.
