Hello Ribin,
Before trying to connect Lenvica HRMS client from a remote location, follow the steps below
1. Check whether server is pinging from the remote location. If its not pinging, contact your IT admin.
2. If its pinging, open connection manager from bin folder of Lenvica HRMS and check the Lenvica HRMS database path given is correct:
202.164.152.103:C:\Program Files (x86)\Lenvica HRMS\Data\ITAS.FDB
Note: 202.164.152.103 – Server Public IP
C:\Program Files (x86)\Lenvica HRMS\Data\ITAS.FDB – Lenvica HRMS database path in server
Make sure the server has a remote static IP to connect.
