      Hi Lenvica,

      I have installed Lenvica HRMS client in a new machine. When I open Lenvica HRMS.exe a windows error "Lenvica HRMS application has stopped working" comes up with option to "stop" and "Report to Microsoft".

      It it an issue with the setup file. If Yes, I tried downloading it again and re-installing. The error remains intact.

      Please help me out here lads.

      Hey Bobby,

      Try the below 2 options primarily

      A) Run the Program as administrator

      i. Right Click on Lenvica HRMS.exe  and select Properties
      ii. Click on the Compatibility Tab
      iii. Under Privilege Level, put check in the box for Run this program as an administrator
      iv. Click Apply

      B) Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software to check if that helps.

      If these steps gives you null response. Try installing Lenvica HRMS in another Drive an check.

      This error is not from the Software. Due to compatibility issues your Operating system shoots out this error.

      You can always format the PC and try again as that is the best solution for this issue.
