      Hi Lenvica,

      I have been using Lenvica HRMS for 2 months now. I seem to notice that the attendance s not updating for the employees automatically.

      To correct this issue I clear attendance and re-import the same everyday. I require to send the previous working day's attendance summary to the department heads and its really hectic to do this clear and import task everyday.

      May I know why this process does not happen automatically

      Am immediate reply to my query would be helpful.

      Greetings Ken,

      Primarily, welcome to our support forum.

      Attendance update task will not complete its cycle if there is a communication disruption between the server and Device.

      Here is a solution you can go with:

      In General->Task Scheduler, you can schedule the attendance import as a recurring task. This way its not required for you to do the clear and re-import process you are pursuing daily. Since its a necessity for you to generate a report every day for the previous day you can schedule this attendance import task to be done every morning/evening before you sign into work.
