      Good Morning all,

      I have configured ess in my windows IIS and when tried to access my ess account, login screen is not showing. Instead showing an error page called Áccess is denied, check your connection manager.

      Checked connection manager as user and as admin and successfully connecting to database. Tried restarting IIIS and my pc. Didn't resolve the issue.

      Kindly help me to sort the issue at the earliest

      Dear Ribin,

      This error showing because the default system user doesn't have the authentication rights to display ESS.

      Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
      1. In IIS(Internet Information Service), select the root of the tree(System Name)
      2. Open 'Authentication'
      3. Choose Anonymous Authentication and right click and edit
      4.  Select 'Application pool identity'
      5. Restart IIS
