Hi,

Thank you all for the feedback and interest in this feature. Considering suggestions from users, the following alerts are now available in Lenvica HRMS.

1. Alert to selected users when communication with a time attendance/access control device fails for a long time.
2. Alert to employee prior to his Passport expiry
3. Alert to employee prior to his Visa expiry
4. Alert to employees when there is a 'Missing Punch' in the previous day. (With an option to fix it using the Employee Self Service)
5. Alert to employees when there is an 'Absence' in the previous day. (With an option to modify it to another category, for eg. 'leave' or 'work from home', using the Employee Self Service)

Employee Self Service Alerts
6. Notification to Employee/Manager when a Leave/Holiday/Regularization request in received/approved/rejected.
