I tried the formula with only late in time and early out time and it is not working for me :(
For Example.
When I check this report for Four days
Attendance -> Attendance Report -> “Report on Planned And Actual Work Time Duration for a selected Period”
I get ————– “- 00:24” ————– this is a wasted time for the selected employee and we need to deduct from his salary for this amount multiplied by his hourly rate.
So I created a Salary head called “Absent Day and Time Penalty” and set the formula as:
(<Early Out_Hours> + <Late In_Hours>)*[Rate Per Hour]
Where [Rate Per Hour] is 20
When I process salary for the given date (four days) I should get (0.24(Total wasted time)*20(Rate per hour)) 4.80 as a Penalty but I am getting 0 (zero). I think I have missed something …
