Hi Abel,
The value of variable <Absence_Days> is in 'Days' where in the other variables <Late In_Hours> and <Early Out_Hours> are in 'Hours'. You need to convert <Absence_Days> to hours. That is <Absence_Days> * Planned work hours of a day.
Ex:
Penalty For Absent Time = [<Late In_Hours> + <Early Out_Hours> + (<Absence_Days> * 9) ] * [Rate Per Hour]
