Sam EmmanuelWe have been using Lenvica HRMS time attendance software for more than 6 years now. Initially, we had only one office and the ZKTeco biometric devices were connected to Lenvica HRMS time attendance software using the local IP addresses. It was only a year back, we shifted our factory to a remote area, which is around 80 km away from our old office. We were not able to get a static IP or configure DNS. We had near to 23 devices at the new factory. We acquired static IP for our head office and with the help of staff from the Lenvica HRMS support team, we configured WDMS in all the biometric devices at the factory and added those devices in Lenvica HRMS as ZKTeco push devices. This resolved our problem. We are now getting the attendance of our factory here at our old office which is now the corporate office. This works smoothly.
