      Hi,
      On time registration > communication history it is showing unable to connect to device. What are the parameters i want to check when it shows the error. Please help me to sort it out.

      Hi Ribin,
      First you have to check whether the device IP is correct. Then try to ping to device IP address from the server. If it's pinging, restart Lenvica HRMS background process 'Attend controller' in services
