      Hai,

      I have added a new employee in the software and provided the badge no. But the new employee did not receive invitation email for Employee Self Service. After when I checked the employee profile I found that the email id provided in the contact information of the employee was wrong. After that I corrected it but still the new employee did not receive the invitation mail. Can you provide a solution for this.

      Hai Kumar Anish,

      Go to administration Module and from the employee groups remove that new employee. Go to users in the administration module and add that employee in the employees tab by clicking the '+' button. After that again go back to employee group and add that new employee. Now the new employee will receive the invitation mail. You must also make sure that the new employee email id is filled in the contact details.
