      Hi,

      I'm using the TDS module of Lenvica HRMS. The surcharge on TDS is calculated as zero for all my employees.

      Is this correct? What's the rule to calculate surcharge?

      Hi,

      Surcharge on TDS is applicable only if the annual income of the employee is more than 1 crore.

      If the annual income is more than 1 crore then surcharge is 10% of the income tax.
