      Hi,

      I got your regular mail saying that 'Lenvica HRMS' support Virdi devices. But I could not find Virdi from your device list. Please help.

      Hi,

      Please check the version of 'Lenvica HRMS'. Virdi device support is added from 2.8.8 onwards. Please download the latest update from this link: http://www.lenvica.in/updates

      Hi,

      Thanks for your latest update. I am happy to see many new features. However my main purpose was not solved. Though I got the Virdi device, but still not able to communicate with the device. Any expert help, please….

      Hi Pasupathy,

      Please check whether you added the IP of the PC where you are running 'Lenvica HRMS' Server to Virdi device.

      Hi,

      The IPs are set in the device. I could communicate using the application provided by Virdi.

      Hi,

      Please try the following step….

      1. Stop the application which is accessing Virdi device.

      2. Unzip the3 DLLs to 'Windows\System32\' directory from the appended link.

      3. Restart the system

      Hi,

      In my Virdi device I have photo capturing option. How to enable the photo option in 'Lenvica HRMS' for Virdi devices.

      Hi,

      Yes, Lenvica HRMS supports photo option of Virdi devices. Please download the latest edition for more clarity from the link below

      http://www.lenvica.in/updates/

      You have to enable the photo option from the device screen. You will find a icon 'Photo' in the 'Time Registration' module through which you can browse the photos of employees while punching.
